Only 20 acres of Lone Oak are devoted to Pinot Noir, which is silky and complex, displaying multiple layers of aromatics as it opens. Initial aromas of raspberry and strawberry are followed by a hint of earthy mushrooms. Complexity continues on the palate with silky tannins, flavors of raspberry tart, red cherry and subtle notes of spice on a supple and slightly crisp finish.
